*Double Point Promotion Conditions:

Earn double points on every dollar spent during the promotion period, Monday 9 February – Sunday 15 February 2026.

This promotion is available to Koorong Customer Loyalty members only. To earn points online, customers must be logged in to their loyalty account at the time of purchase. Points are not applied to guest orders or account-level discount holders. In-store purchases must have a valid loyalty membership number applied at the point of sale.

Double Points apply as an additional 1 point per dollar spent, regardless of membership tier. Tier points are applied as normal and are not doubled.

Example on a $100 spend:

• Bronze: 100 base points + 100 Double Points
• Silver: 125 base points + 100 Double Points
• Gold: 135 base points + 100 Double Points
• Diamond: 150 base points + 100 Double Points

Points apply to in-stock items only and are calculated on the final discounted price, where applicable.

Points are not available on:

• Account-level discount holders
• Donations
• Bookstalls
• Backorders
• Prepaid orders
• Pages Café purchases

For online orders, points will only be awarded where payment is made at the time of order using credit card, PayPal, or gift card/voucher redemption.

Points are applied upon invoicing. Please allow up to 48 hours for Double Points to appear in your account.

The promotion runs in-store and online from Monday 9 February – Sunday 15 February 2026.Online promotion ends midnight Sunday 15 February 2026 (AEDT).

Points balances were taken as at September 2023 and were migrated to our new system. Purchases made since September 2023 have also accumulated points against the customers’ records. All existing customers will automatically be gifted with an extra 200 points as a way of saying thank you for your patience during the migration process.

Only retail customers with a valid email address are eligible for the loyalty program and can earn points.

This program is not valid for any personal, business, organisation, school, bookstall, church or parachurch account with an account-level discount (price-book discount).

Points do not apply to eBooks, Audio books, gift cards/vouchers, tickets, licences, NETT priced items, donations, bookstalls, BPAY, prepaid orders or Pages Café purchases.

Where no email address exists on an active account, an email address can be added at any Koorong store or by calling our National Call Centre.

Account details cannot be amended in-store.

Unfortunately, you will need to have an email address to participate in the Loyalty Program.

Bronze Tier

All new customers start here. At this tier you will earn 1 point for every dollar spent*.

Silver Tier

Silver tier automatically applies to customers who spend $200 across a minimum of 2 transactions in a rolling year. At this tier you will earn 1.25 points per dollar spent*.

Gold Tier

Gold tier automatically applies to customers who spend $400 across a minimum of 3 transactions in a rolling year. At this tier you will earn 1.35 points per dollar spent*.

Diamond Tier

Diamond tier automatically applies to customers who spend $800 across a minimum of 4 transactions in a rolling year. At this tier you will earn 1.5 points per dollar spent*.

Tiers apply to points on dollars spent only. Tiers do not apply to points on reviews or referrals.

You can sign-in to your Koorong account online any time to see your points balance and redeem rewards. You can also request to check your current points balance in-store or over the phone.

If you have reason to dispute your current points balance and would like to request an adjustment, please contact our National Call Centre for more information.

Points expire 12 months from when they are earned; points no longer expire on 31 December of each year.

• Points do not apply on purchases of eBooks, eAudio books, gift cards/vouchers, tickets, licences, NETT priced items, donations, bookstalls, or Pages Café purchases.

• Points earned through purchases are applied at the time of invoicing.
• Points are applied to product reviews for verified purchases only. All reviews go through an approval process for quality and security purposes. Limits apply.
• Standard discount rules apply to all purchases.
• Points now expire 12 months from when they are earned unless otherwise specified.
